Hotel Info:   To receive the reduced room rate of $99 for king and $109 for double/double guest room at Holiday Inn Select all reservations should be made by March 25, 2009.  After this date they will release the remainder of our guest room block and additional reservations will be honored on a space and rate available basis.   

Hello Everyone,

Thank you all for your efforts in checking addresses, telephone numbers, and asking for email addresses for our classmates.  If you have any new information on a classmate, please continue to forward to Jimmy the updates. 

If anyone has new information on a classmate or friend that would like to attend the reunion, email me and I will get an invitation mailed to them.  We will also be putting the invitation and the responding card on our Constant Contact group email soon.

Mick and Doug, along with some other members of the reunion committee, will be working on the ad campaign.  Please forward anyone’s interest in this to them.  They can follow up with the interested person and give the information needed to buy an ad.

I have increased our room block for Saturday night, April 25th to 20 rooms.  I will continue to monitor the reservations and increase as needed so that no classmate is denied the group rate until March 25th.    

Our next meeting will be Tuesday evening March 3rd at 7:00 at the Independent Bank.  We will give updates on the responses to the invitation and on the work being done by the ad campaign group.  I hope everyone on the committee will be attending this meeting.
