Robert Belcher '68

Robert Pierce Belcher, 68, of Millington, TN passed away January 25. He was a retired electrician with the City of Memphis and a member of IBEW Local 474, and the NRA. He is survived by his wife, Gwen M. Belcher; children, Donna Edwards (Steve) of Collierville, TN, Jennifer Horvatinovich (John) of Omaha, NE, Jessica Hagewood of Lexington, NC and Jason Belcher of Cordova, TN; mother, Jo Mavis Belcher of Millington,TN; sister, Judi Belcher of Atlanta, GA; brother, David Belcher (Debbie) Bartlett, TN; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The visitation will be 5:00 pm until the service time at 6:00 pm Wednesday, January 30 at the Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the NRA.

Charles Hamilton Culpepper

Charles Hamilton Culpepper, 56, went to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on
Thursday, July 5, 2007 at his home in Greenville, SC.

He was born on July 12, 1950 on Tachikawa Air Force Base, Japan, to the late
Charles Hamilton Culpepper, Sr. and Dorothy Monasco Culpepper.

Chuck has been faithfully pastoring Faith Baptist Church of Reidville, SC
since 1995. He received his B.A. and M.A. in Bible and Pastoral Studies from
BobJonesUniversity and began pastoring in 1988. Prior to answering the
Lord’s call to ministry, he was a sales representative in the paint
manufacturing industry in Memphis, TN for fourteen years.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Janice Edmiston Culpepper,
daughter and her husband, Amy and Michael Davis, son Jeffrey Culpepper, and
daughter Karen Culpepper, all of Greenville. He was also the proud
grandfather of Chloe and Colin Davis. His mother, sister Sara Hales, and
brother David Culpepper reside in Memphis, TN.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2007 at
Woodlawn Funeral Home, Greenville, SC and burial at WoodlawnMemorial Park.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. prior to the service.

I read with sadness this morning the attached obituary of David
Harrell.

David is a Frayser Class of 1968 graduate.

DAVID WAYNE HARRELL, 56, rate and billing clerk, of Memphis, died Tuesday, February 20, 2007 in his home. A Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, February 24 at Bartlett Funeral Home. Burial in West Union Cemetery. Mr. Harrell was a member of Ardmore Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. For 20 years, he worked as a rate and billing clerk for several Memphis-based truck lines. Mr. Harrell leaves a daughter, Jennifer Allyson Teal of Brighton, TN; a son, Curtis Bert Harrell of Oakland, TN; a sister, Janice Evelyn Branton of Mobile, AL; and four granddaughters, Lindsey Brooke Harrell, Victoria Ashlyn Harrell, Christina Diane Teal, and Deborah Alison Teal. Bonnie Cannon Class of 1968

Jimmy I just got this email from Sherry - she
apparently got it from Connie Walker of 68.

I got a call from Pam Rapp last night to tell me that
Bonnie had died.

She died this weekend of brain cancer, she had been
having severe migranes and her parents went to Texas
and brought her home I believe about a month ago.
I don't know specifics about a funeral or anything but
will let you know when I find out.

I am now told that Bonnie's parents went to get her about a week before she died. The funeral is on Wednesday, 2/25, 10:00, Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer, visitation is tonight, Tuesday, 5 - 8.
